Updated Rosters

[:1]So I log in just now, and am prompted to enter my code, which has never happened before. So I enter the code successfully, yet the rosters are still the same. Am I doing something wrong? My patience is running thin at this point|||You have to be on xbox live and click on depth chart and download them from there.|||

Click on 'Depth Chart'

I was pretty excited to update the rosters once I finally managed to get online, but sadly...no dice. Really? Because when I tried the update it said my xbox live membership level doesn't support this feature (or something to that effect).

Is there a trick I'm missing (i.e. am I being really stupid about this)?|||

the roster stats take work they are never right at the start... also flame me if you want but give EA a break on the rosters.. its not like they had months and months of teams practice to judge what players should get what.... just wait till after NFL week 1 thats when the roster updates really start...|||

My complaint wasn't with any of the ratings, really, only that it appears (according to the message I received when I clicked on the rosters section) that I need a gold membership to update the rosters. Though maybe I'm wrong about that. Not really blaming EA as it's more of a Microsoft issue.
