Franchise Better

Last night I started my franchise with the Lions and encountered a few problems. After the first season, I couldn't download a new draft class or edit players which really made the game frustrating to play. I restarted the franchise today and so far I haven't experienced any problems.

I have a new problem though. I can't get my RBs to run worth a hoot. Jahvid Best and Mikel Leshoure are both rated around 90 so I can't figure out why they are doing so bad. I made every player on the O-line as well as my fullback have a rating of 99 for run blocking. Leshoure is getting 10-20 carries per game and is averaging just over 30 yards a game. Best is getting 5-10 carries per game and averaging less than 20 yards per game. I was thinking Leshoure should be averaging 70-80 yards per game and Best should be average 30-50 yards per game. All the other top RBs are rushing for well over 1000 yards and 10+ TDs. How do I fix this?|||Any suggestions on how to improve my RBs?|||

ya just go to the edit player menu and cheat!!! thats the way they set it up just draft the position players you need then edit their stats|||adjust sliders or lower difficulty i guess|||

Do a combination of NOT running against 8 man fronts, and running behind double teams. The defense is somewhat suped up on the game... but because it's still an animation based game, a DT/DE isn't going to beat a double team EVER!

If they are only rushing 4, then pulling a guard works out well too as long as you show patience. Don't EVER pull guards against loaded fronts though. The blitzer will come in untouched.

Use spin moves in the open field, it's way more effective than juking or trucking. The truck animation is slow and help will make the tackle. Also, the fumble rate is very high on the game. Run full speed to the sideline at an angle and spin against the grain. Very hard to be tackled when timed right.
