Realistic contracts

Id like to thank the EA devs for fixing that issue. In the previous editions of Madden I would draft players especially O-linemen to develope into starters. Well I would sign them as rookies to short term deals in case they werent that good so I could cut them loose. Well when their contracts were up in a year or two they would demand as much money as my starters so I couldnt resign them. I had to let them go and draft another backup that would do the same thing. (Lather Rinse Repeat)

Now my young developing players dont try to earn as much as Donald Trump and my veteran backups actually take a cheaper deal. Just little things like that allow you to spend the money where its needed.

Alot of people are bashing the new franchise mode and im not sure why.|||

the biggest problem with the new franchise mode is the scouting and drafting are god awful how do you build a team or keep one good? they managed some how to destroy what could have been the best ever madden with the other additions they made but when the whole foundation of franchise mode is to build through the draft and you cant how is that good?|||

Im not having any issues with scouting. Ive taken a look at the draft but havent done it yet.|||Hear, Hear!
