None of the things I wanted addressed were "fixed" in this years game. Yes, I know there are some changes, and overall the game is better than Madden 11, but for $60 I expect a lot more.
EA did get me to spend $60 on NCAA 12 (which I love), so at least they got my money there. And while that game has its own flaws, I feel it is one of the best football games I have played in a long time. That is another reason I wont buy Madden 12, because I feel it is not even on the same level as NCAA 12. Its actually pretty sad, since both games are made by the same company.
Maybe my expectations are set too high. Maybe I think you guys are capable of programming things that just aren't possible to do yet. Maybe I have this ideal football game in my head and its not really an ideal football game from a business and money making standpoint.
I honestly think its the yearly cycle of these games. Maybe you guys at EA should seriously think about coming out with these games every other year. That way you can really debug and plan it thoroughly. But maybe the money is just so good on a yearly basis, so you guys don't really care.
Anyway this letter/memo/rant is done. Thanks for the years of Madden since back when I use to play as a kid on Sega. Also thank you for NCAA 12

NCAA12 is horribly unbalanced and busted this year. linebackers make INTs like Jacoby playing center field. It's insane and annoying.|||
