Franchise Sliders?

Hey guys, been trying to get a good difficulty on franchise mode (single player) and I cant seem to get it just right..
Pro difficulty is too easy, I usually end up with 40-50 points per game. All-Pro is almost just right, On all-Pro the score usually is realistic around 20-30 points or lower.. But even with my maxed out 99 stat created QB I end up with 4+ interceptions a game and a less than 60 QB rating. BAsically my defence pulls me through and my offense relies on the def turnovers to get in the red zone and score.

BAsically I wanted to see if anyone had any slider ideas for a difficulty that is just below All-Pro. Basicaly a decent challenge but a lot easier on the offensive side of the ball. Everytime i mess with the sliders from all pro it gets set back to rookie difficulty. Im a casual gamer!
