Also.. what's up with the announcers not knowing a lot of player names and just calling them by numbers? Can that be updated in a patch?|||I have the exact same problem. And its not a small or poor quality tv. The grass picture in the play box is awful. I have the same problem on defense. Its hard to see who is blitzing or playing man, especially in a crowded defensive formation like goalline or 46. Never had this problem before in my 15 years of Madden|||do you guys have fat ps3's?|||No, I have a 360. Although I should have got the PS3 so I don't have to shell out an extra $12 Just to get the roster update.|||
Being a bit color blind.. I find it difficult seeing my primary receiver on the play call screen, as the red blends in with the green background for me. It was never an issue with past Maddens, but the added grass effect really does it for me. Is anyone else having this issue.. or it's probably just me? It really made play selection a longer task for me. I wish there were options to change the color scheme. Is there any way I could suggest this to EA?

I can see the offensive plays OK, but the defensive plays are hard to see. I do not like the gameplay camera angle at all or the playcall screen. Everything appears to be too far pulled back. I am going to have to experiment with my TV to see if I get used to playing on WideZoom settings. If not, its back to Madden 10 I guess.......LOL|||I have a slim PS3. Is there a difference between that and the fat for this game? I also have a 42" Bravia, so it's not a matter of screen real estate also. Yea the defensive play screen is harder to see also with the blitzes. I really wish there's an option to change the play call screen background. Does EA ever check these posts for suggestions or is there a way to get a hold of someone who could make the changes?|||I hope they check them and fix some of the problems. Changing the background color shouldn't be that difficult and it would save my eyes. But I think we are in the minority here, so they'll probably ignore it.
