Next roster update?

First, I know the you can get the roster update online (did that).

I was just wondering when they usually would have the next update. Like, do they have one after final cuts this weekend or before opening games?

Just wondering if I should wait to start a dynasty with a possible roster that would actually include Ijalana (who was 2nd pick of Colts who is not in the game) or Kerry Collins, again, not in game.
