Why does EA ignore my tweets?

I kindly asked them if they could look into fixing the Bill's endzones and back helmet stripes and they have not replied. I have asked a few more times and still nothing. If this cannot be fixed why can't they just tell me? if they can, that is great. I just wanna know.|||I think they have much more important things to fix than how the Bills helmet and endzones look.|||

I also asked why the game freezes randomly and they didn't answer that. But yet people ask similar questions and they get answered.|||i've tweeted donny about a few things and he never answered back either but i see his replies to others lol|||same i axed him to fix the the same name glitch in mut and asked why there were so few collections and why the mut looks nothing like the preview showed then i told him the game was great besides that
