Ultimate Team Question

[:1]Why is it that they changed the value of the cards from the way it was last year to a tier value this year. I liked last year where a Gold Tom Brady was much more valuable than a Gold whomever. I dont like that every gold player cost 10000 coin to buy and you cant set the starting bid below that. Im sorry but not every gold rated player is worth 10000 coins. Last year i used to be able to do collections and make coin to use to buy more packs but this year i feel like that is going to be impossible to do using the auction block. Am I the only one that feels that it should be a player by player value not by what card tier they are? Also why cant we post in the Ultimate Team forums on the EA site?
