I've bought Madden 12, and tried to go online to update the game's rosters. When I do so I'm prompted with:
"UNABLE TO PROCEED
We're sorry but you are not permitted to register an Online Pass which is required to access all online features. For more information, visit eaports.com/onlinepass."
Of course, visiting that website provides no information whatsoever, just a bunch of promotional crap. I live in Australia, have an Australian retail version of the game, my 'Online Pass' leaflet clearly indicates (as does the box the game came in) that online features will be available.
I have used the 'Redeem Code' feature in the menu, it proceeded like it does in other EA games (downloading the 'voucher'), but upon returning to Madden nothing has changed.
All I want to do is update the rosters, I don't even care about playing people. To have such a simple feature locked out is ridiculous and unnacceptable.

Try to reedem code at dashboard idk but its worth a shot|||Is your gamertag or PSN ID registered in Australia as well? I know some DLC/Codes are region specific and if you try and enter it on a tag or ID registered to a different country there may be problems. Not saying that's what's going on here, but only thing that comes to mind.|||

Im having a similar problem, except i bought my copy from the US so i could import from NCAA.
I entered the online pass code just like i did with NCAA, on a US based PSN but it doesnt allow me to access online features on my Australian PSN like it did with NCAA
