Not receiving any points

[:1]for online ranked games my points stay the same and my average aol is 0 and i play higher level than ones most of the time... any knowledge of what could be the problem would be nice|||The only way to get points and raise your skill level this year is to play ranked play now matches. Matches from the lobby or invites while ranked do not count toward your skill points.
