My 3rd strng QB is a beast, but my Pro Bowl tackle cant hold a block

[:1]and my 90+ rated OLB can't get past a 69 rated CPU controlled LT. I get sacked 5x per game against the CPU ROFL. Exactly like NCAA? I can throw 7 TDs but give up 5 sacks. That's not real football.

My 3rd str QB can get a 158 passer rating every game.

What am I doing wrong? Default PRO sliders.
