Help with pre-snap Defense Control!!!!

How do I put a defensive end into a qb-spy or blitz a safety before the snap? Help!|||i believe you press down on the dpad, then pick your desired def hot route from the menu. i think qb spy is right stick to the right. and blitz right stick down. havnt had quite enough time to memorize it yet
