Disconnected during H2H roster check ?

My issue is: When I try to play a h2h game I get disconnected during the checking roster process, I could play madden 11 with no issues last week, i can play all my other games ok online so i don't think it's a NAT or firewall issue, please help? I always check to see if I have the current roster and tuner also. |||

It's a hard drive issue and EA refuses to acknowledge the problem even exitsts. When I want to play madden online I have to use a flash drive as a hard drive becuase the keep telling me its a network issue.

Strange that my router settings change based on what kind of storage device I use...

If I were you I'd try what I did or try formatting the hard drive, that's my next step. Or if you have an 8 gig or so Flash transfer over your stuff and use that.|||ive had the same problem, i can only ply online comuniti gamez|||Hello Everyone,

One thing you could try to help connectivity issues would be to clear your system cache. I have included the following FAQs that contain instructions on clearing out your cache/Game Data.

I would also recommend deleting the Madden 12 Early Release downloaded game (4.72GB Xbox, 4.74GB PS3), not the saved game data from Madden 12 Early Release, if you purchased the EA SPORTS Season Ticket. Also, delete the Madden 12 Demo if it is still stored on your console. You will not lose progress or achievements, but this can help resolve some connectivity issues.

Both of these FAQs mention deleting Saved data/Saved games, but I would only recommend this as a last resort as once the information has been deleted from the console, it is not possible to retrieve. There are times the saved game data may become corrupt, but I would like you to attempt all the other steps before this final step.
