dimitri patterson cb for browns gets ratings dropped from 79-71?

this was brought up in the roster section but i find it funny that he loses 8 points he was a 79 on the eagles roster he signs with browns and loses 8 points? i dont think he has even played that much in pre season so how can ea drop him 8 points?|||I can tell oyu by experience, he sucks. Only person I know who has had 3 touchdowns scored on him in 1 HALF.
