|||I have been getting errors with trying to activate my Online Pass since Tuesday. I have contacted EA Customer Support 3 times and each time they keep telling me there are problems with their servers and to keep trying.

I just tried again and I it still is not working. VERY FRUSTRATING, but guess it is just a WAIT AND TRY game now.|||I agree it is very frustrating!!! Without redeeming your online pass you cannot update the rosters, and that just sucks!

I'm sorry to hear you all are having issues with redeeming your online passes for Madden 12. I have included some steps below as well as an FAQ that will assist you in getting these codes activated.
1.) After receiving the message saying I'm not permitted to register my online pass. Proceed to Online in the Title Menu.
2.) Go to Online> Redeem Code and enter your online pass code.
3.) Download the online pass.
4.) Reboot your PS3 console.

- Gambit -|||I was having the same issue last night. Once you've entered your code, just reset the game. It worked for me after that. If it doesn't enjoy playing with an expensive frisbee!!
